Reviews and Ratings
I had a mostly positive experience at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Cihampelas Walk and plenty of eateries, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and of decent size, though they did get quite noisy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Taufan, who made us feel welcomed. On the downside, the breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect, right across from Cihampelas Walk, making shopping and dining super convenient. The rooms were well-furnished but might feel a bit small for families. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Zaki, who answered all my questions about Bandung. The breakfast had a varying menu each morning, but I felt it could use some improvement in taste and quality. Overall, it's worth the money considering the location and service.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location right across from Ciwalk, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious, but they felt a bit cramped when it came to family needs, like not having enough space for prayers. The service was friendly and really helpful, although they couldn't whip up half-boiled eggs at the restaurant. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I think it was still worth the price I paid.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy but a bit cramped for my family, which made it tough to find space for prayer. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had questions about getting around Bandung. Although the location was prime, being right across from Cihampelas Walk, it did get crowded at times. The dining options were quite good and reasonably priced, which was a plus.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—right in front of Cihampelas Walk, making shopping incredibly convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped for a family, and the dining options were somewhat limited, so there’s definitely room for improvement in those areas.
